Up for sale is an virtually BRAND NEW Ashely Director Leather Reclining loveseat in Black. I purchased it about a month ago, but it is too large for the intended room. Retail for the piece was over $1100 + tax & delivery. It is in immaculate condition and has barely been used. It reclines to a near horizontal position with minimal wall space required. Standard size cupholders and hidden recline mechanism. Standup dimensions are as follows: 59w x 33/39d arm/head x 41h. Seating area is a generous 46" wide. Comes from a smoke free home and pet free room. Item comes with manufacturers warranty from Ashley, as well as all the original tags and labels that came with the piece when it was delivered!
