The sticker reads something like "Please use this commodities sample for demo machine" and was sent to Japanese retailers for the in-store demo setups. This game is complete in box, and has the cardboard insert, game cartridge (in plastic sleeve), instruction book, and instruction insert. This is a rare opportunity for the Nintendo collector -- I have never seen this up on eBay.
