Includes retail box, manual, code wheel and all game disks. The box is in absolutely mint condition and factory sealed in its original shrink-wrap. 5.25" disk Apple II, IIc, IIe and IIgs version. Rarity of Game:      (A Lost Relic) SkyRanger Staff Comments:  As far as vintage games go, Legacy of the Ancients is extremely difficult to find.  There are likely only a handful of mint condition, factory sealed copies left in the world.   Game Rating:       (Fantastic) SkyRanger Staff Comments:  Legacy of the Ancients is absolutely one of my favorite games of all time.  It was made by the Dougherty brothers of Questron fame.  Chuck Dougherty had a masters degree in computer science, and John had a degree in psychology with a focus on game theory; Legacy of the Ancients was the product of their combined creative genius at the height of their success.  It was the first computer role-playing game to give the player almost complete freedom of action.  You were free to go anywhere on the continent and behave, or misbehave as you saw fit.  Gambling, fortune tellers, murder, bank robberies, dungeon crawling, castle raids, and a Galactic Museum with dozens of portals to other lands; compared to other RPGs from the 1980's the options seemed positively endless.     Payment    We accept payments via Paypal, personal check, and money order.   All payments must be received within 7 days after the auction ends.
