This game was one of just two created for a failed exercise bike add-on for the SNES system and is impossible to find, let alone factory sealed. As you can see, this game has the vertical seam and is not a reseal. This is one of the very rarest games released for the Super Nintendo, and could very well be the first and only time it will ever be offered up for sale in factory sealed condition -- SNES rarity ratings guides show it as an "A" rating, with very few other A rated games in the list at all.  This game is perfect -- no crushing to the sides of the box, no "popped out" corners on the shrinkwrap, no holes, rips, tears, etc...one of the nicest factory seals you will ever see. I scan my games to show more detail than a digital camera picture can -- however, sometimes the light of the scanner creates illusions of damage and looseness of the shrinkwrap. Rest assured -- my factory sealed games are in excellent condition. If you would like to see larger scans or different angles, please don't hesitate to ask.
